At the corner of Lange Bisschopstraat / Kleine Poot, shops and apartments have been realized. This was achieved in combination with the renovation of the historic building, the Deken Doyshuis. For this project, we were responsible for the steelwork. The delivery included, among other things, the steel U-profiles for the glass facade of the new shops, the steel trusses for the roofs, the steel structure for the glass roof between the new construction and the historic facade of the Deken Doyshuis in Deventer, the steel structure to reinforce the historic facade, the steel staircases with railings, and the steel entrance gate.

For the apartment complex Het Jeurlink Deventer, we supplied various steel components, including a complete steel emergency staircase with a “cage” made of perforated sheet metal and panel railings made of perforated sheet metal for the balconies and galleries.

For the clothing store Koopman Tilligte, we supplied steel staircases including stainless steel glass railings.

Near the central station in Hengelo, a new music venue has been built. For this project, we delivered the steel staircases and the railing for the balustrades.

On the Amsterdamseweg in Arnhem, a historic mansion has been fully renovated and converted into exclusive senior residences. For this project, we supplied the steelwork. The delivery included, among other things, a steel structure for a conservatory, steel stairs with railings, balcony railings, and the restoration of old railings.

For a renovation at Tauw in Deventer, we supplied the steel structure required to stabilize the building, allowing certain parts of the floor to be removed. Another part of the delivery included a staircase with glass railings, glass railings for the balustrades, and a basement staircase with a bicycle conveyor belt.
